Tui in waiting

Recent gin making led to notes of citrus and an undetected savouriness come through with a lingering pine and coriander finish.  The harakeke is in full bloom awaiting the chubby tuis to visit.  Unfortunately, their arrival did not eventuate but forever hoping that a New Zealand native tui cocktail capture will.

Build in a glass – @strahlbeverageware

Ice

Half a freshly squeezed lime

1 jigger (60mls) dry gin @delaneydistillery

Soda water

Garnish with the other half of the lime

Approx 2gcarb per serve
